This forum discussion is from 11 years ago and has, I think, what you'd like to see. There, Blondie in her 38th (of some 40,000) post gives some excellent comparisons. There are others who chip in as well.

I can't help you directly but suspect, as Mr. Flipper does, that someone will jump in here. If push comes to shove, however, here is a link to over 300 sources of "Finished Mystery" discussions. It'll take some digging through on your part to see if some are relevant.

if the shephard book contains rules taken from the nwt, then why is one held confidential and the other not viewed as such?
if the sheep are not allowed to view the elders manual then they should not be allowed to view/read the nwt.. "the following page shows an excerpt from one of the official letter that was sent to the elders regarding the importance of keeping this book confidential:.
(note: the "kingdom ministry school" referred to in the letter is a training program for elders and ministerial servants; the 1991 kingdom ministry textbook referred to is the previous version that the"shepherd the flock of god" book replaces)".

this just in from sources close to brooklyn bethel.
jehovah in his infinite wisdom apparently does not want to appear discriminatory as the vatican is not the only bad guy on the block.
some reporters on the scene were able to pick up digital signals from somewhere "up high" and certain smart phones, camera shutters clicking, transcribed interpretations of those signals, "... overlapping generations, yadda yadda, 1975, 1925, 1914, yadda yadda, blood transfusions, pyramidology, yadda, shunning, yadda ...".
Hi CoCo,
Things are well, thank you.
It's great to have you old timers chime in with real life experiences. I hadn't heard of that one. I hope no one was hurt.

Could there be some correlation? Len.
these are some questions that i ask the jehovah witnesses.
i hope you find them useful .
disclaimer: these are questions i found on the iternet and from other sources of research.
Mum: FatFreek 2005: Are you from Ohio? I think I might have known you in the '60's.
Hi Mum. I kinda doubt it, unless there's something else I don't know. While in the JWs I was in Mass., Iowa, and Arkansas. That avatar is when I was 7 years old, some 65 years ago.

Hi TNIB,
It's always great to welcome new ones here and find them as eloquent as you. Those, indeed, are a great series of thought provoking arguments and questions. I'd hate to be a JW again -- encountering such stumpers.
It's great to be on the inside of the door when a JW calls. I love it. I always get a chance to divulge the fact that I studied with them many years ago. Not a lie -- I simply don't expose the fact that I then became a MS, an elder, developed a bothered conscience that resulted in disfellowshipping.
Their inevitable question -- "Why did you stop studying?" -- is the perfect lead to my introduction to The Great Watchtower Contradiction, an 11 minute read designed for new ones but which poses questions on topics that the most seasoned JW would cringe at.
Contradiction contains a table handout that you can snip for purse or billfold. I always keep my billfold handy.

for the record, i am not a native english speaker, infact i recently just started studying english about 18months ago.
so apologies for any error you may encounter in the process of making sense of my logic.. i am from a small village in a destitute and war ravaged african country, 80 percent of people in my town live on less than 50cent in a day and myself included, no roads, no hospital, no public institution, no social welfare support, no national security institutiion, nothing, just tribal factions exchanging agricultural produce and i have always wondered why jehovah would have to put the preaching work ahead of a poverty eradication program at this desperate time of our existence.. .
it was an emotional adventure on finding answers to that question that led me here.
Hi His Excellency,
I'm envious of anyone who communicates in more than his / her native language. I along with everyone on this forum are very proud to hear such an eloquent new one. Welcome.
Until you tell us more about yourself it's hard to put the pieces together. But that's okay. I gather, however, that you are more seasoned than new as far as JW's go. You are exploring (finding answers) and not limiting yourself to Watchtower publications.
I did that same thing some 35 years ago and have never regretted it. That without the help of the internet. I explored and found answers then but it was tough at times.
Nowadays I love it when they call. I always get a chance to divulge the fact that I studied with them many years ago. Not a lie -- I simply don't expose the fact that I then became a MS, an elder, then developed a bothered conscience that resulted in disfellowshipping.

my kids were good yesterday, so i promised them that i would get them dunking donuts in the morning on the way to dropping them off to school...... on the highway, there is a gas station convenience store with a corner dunkin donuts.............. they usually have everything there.. well my kids could not have their donuts, or muffins, or croissants............... they were not delivered i guess.. so, i left.. i went to another dunkin donuts 3 miles away............. and the same problem.. the other dunkin donuts was a dedicated dunkin only place!!!.
there's no baking in the place anymore!!!!.
what are we coming to!.
